How does it work?
It's simple. Upload a photo of your pet, and we'll transform it into a custom pop art portrait. We'll send you a digital mockup of your design for approval before anything gets printed. Once you're happy with it, we produce your order and ship it straight to your door — ready to enjoy, display, or gift.
What photo should I upload?
The better the photo, the better the portrait. We recommend a clear, well-lit image where your pet's face is front and centre. Natural light works best. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered photos. A straight-on or slight angle shot gives us the most to work with — but don't stress, we work with what you've got and the results still look amazing.
Can I see the design before it gets printed?
Yes — always. Once you've placed your order and uploaded your photo, we'll send you a digital mockup of your custom design. You get to see exactly what it will look like before we print a single thing. Your approval comes first.
What if I want more of my pet's body visible, or a different background colour?
Just let us know when you review your mockup. Whether you'd like the crop adjusted to show more of your pet's body, or you'd like to explore a different background colour — we're here to help get it right. Simply reply to your mockup email and we'll take care of it.
What products can I customise?
We currently offer four custom products:

Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes — we ship to all states and territories across Australia. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product, but we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are produced and dispatched within 5–7 business days after you approve your design. Delivery from there typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location in Australia. We'll send you tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Does the canvas come framed?
Yes. Our Framed Canvas Pop Art arrives ready to hang — no extra framing needed. You can choose from four frame colours: Black, Espresso, White, and Natural.
Can I order a portrait of a pet who has passed away?
Absolutely — and we handle these orders with extra care. Many of our customers order portraits as a way to remember and celebrate a beloved pet they've lost. Any clear photo works. If you have questions about the best photo to use, reach out and we'll guide you through it.
Can I order one tote for each of my pets?
Yes — and we love this. A lot of our customers with multiple pets order one tote per pet to keep each animal's leads, toys, towels and accessories separate. Each bag has a different pet's face on it so you always know whose is whose. Practical, cute, and a little unhinged in the best way.
Is this a good gift?
It is one of the best gifts you can give a pet owner. The mug and tote are great everyday gifts, the blanket is perfect for someone who is deeply attached to their pet, and the framed canvas is a statement piece for anyone who wants their pet on the wall. If you know someone who loves their pet — you already know the answer.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We want you to love it. If something isn't right when your order arrives, get in touch with us at fujii.akira@yahoo.com and we'll make it right. Because every order is custom-made, we ask that you review your mockup carefully before approving — but if there's a production issue on our end, we've got you covered.
