Refund policy

Because every Pet and Frame portrait is custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a production error, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us at petandframe@icloud.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect photo submissions, or sizing choices made by the customer. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
