All Pet and Frame portraits are custom made to order and typically take 3–5 business days to produce before shipping.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Australia: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
